On the ground floor, there is a spacious kitchen separated by a functional counter from the living room, a living room with a dining area equipped with a TV, and a bathroom. Stairs lead to the upper floor, where there are three large bedrooms, each with space for two guests, and one smaller bedroom that can accommodate an additional guest. On this level, there is also a fully equipped bathroom and a terrace with a view of the pool, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
