1. Property Tax Filing in Spain (Modelo 210)
Modelo 210 is a mandatory tax declaration for non-residents who own property in Spain. We handle tax filings both for owners using their property exclusively for private purposes and for those generating rental income.
1.1. Imputed Tax – Non-renting Property Owners
This tax applies to all property owners who do not rent out their property. We prepare a complete tax declaration based on the so-called imputed or hypothetical income.

2 owners (co-ownership): €100 net
1.2. Rental Income Tax – Owners Renting Out Their Property
For those earning rental income, we prepare the full tax declaration, including income, allowable expenses, and submission to the Spanish Tax Office.
